2. Work

B. In the operation, the operator should ring the alarm for the following operations.

To lift or lift heavy objects; When you drive a big car.

When lifting heavy objects close to personnel.

C. The operation shall be conducted according to the unified command signal.

D. All controller handles should be placed in the "zero" position when the power is cut off at work, and check whether the crane is normal before reworking.

E. The crane is large and the trolley is in normal operation. When changing the direction of large and small cars, the handle must be placed in the "zero" position so that the mechanism can be completely shut down before driving backward.

F. There are two cranes with hooks. When the main and auxiliary hooks are changed and the height of the two hooks is similar, the main and auxiliary hooks must work separately so as not to collide with each other.

G. A crane with two hooks is not allowed to hoist two objects at the same time; Adjust lifting mechanism brake without working.

H. The limit position limiter is not allowed to stop, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust the lifting mechanism brake when there is a load.

I. Strict implementation of the "ten non-hanging" system:

The command signal is not clear or the conductor is not hanged;

The weight is not hoisted when the weight is rated.

The use of the hanging tool is not reasonable or the binding of the object is not hanging;

There are people or other floating objects on the hanging objects.
